Like most electronic components, LED lights require a positive and a negative charge to be applied to them before they'll work. Being a fancy, new-age light bulb doesn't mean the LED requires anything new.
With that in mind, powering one with electricity becomes little more than knowing how much electricity your LED requires and finding an appropriate power source to match that requirement.
Instructions

Locate the underside of the LED bulb, between the twin power input wires. One wire should be marked positive with a "+" symbol and the opposite as negative with a "-" symbol.

Connect the positive LED wire to the positive side of one 3-volt battery, also denoted by a "+" symbol.
3.Connect the other wire to the opposite side of the battery. If the LED does not ignite, you need more power.

Stack two 3-volt batteries on top of one another, with the positive side of the bottom battery touching the negative underside of the top battery.

Repeat the wiring procedure, with the LED's negative wire touching the underside of the bottom battery and the positive wire laid against the top of the upper battery.
