As energy conservation continues to be a high priority, more people are beginning to switch from conventional light bulbs to the new, more efficient, LED lights. LED lighting uses a lot less power than a conventional light bulb. A 60-watt LED light bulb usually uses no more than 16 watts of power. That is a huge savings. The wiring for most LED lights is the same as conventional lights. This is because most LED manufactures have designed LED lights that screw into standard light bulb sockets.
Instructions

Shut off power to the circuit that will be used for the LED lighting. Also, turn off the existing light switch for added protection. At the light fixture junction box, locate the black wire that runs to the light switch.

Connect the black wire of the light fixture to the black wire that comes from the light switch. Connect the white wire of the light fixture to the existing white wire in the junction box. Use plastic twist caps to cover each wire splice.

Secure the light fixture to the junction box using a screwdriver and the fixture-mounting screws that came with the light fixture. Screw the new LED light bulbs into the new light fixture. Turn the power back on at the main power panel. Turn on the existing light switch to verify proper light operation.
Tips & Warnings
If re-seating the battery doesn’t charge your phone and the red LED light refuses to come on, you may have a hardware problem. Bring your phone into an authorized BlackBerry retailer for diagnosis and repair.
